New this year: Players invited to Xi will be nominated by high school coaches. All nominated players will be invited to attend a try-out and invitations to the summer classic will be issued to the top 88. Plans are for 3 try-out locations and nominated players will be eligible to attend any one of the 3 try-outs. Try-outs will consist of pro-day activities.

Last year's classic was attended by over 40 college coaches and scouts.

Due to Jim's recent heart surgery, we will not have player try-outs as previously planned.

Players will be selected as in the past--nominated by coaches at conference meetings and selected by Xi volunteer coaches and Xi staff.

If you know of a next level player, send me the information and I will make sure he is considered.
